FEATHER CLEANER WITH CAPACITOR

The Feather Cleaner with Condenser is responsible for forming a uniform feather blanket, with quality to avoid embuchamentos, combing it and providing improvement in the visual analysis of cotton. Manufactured with reinforced raw materials in a more precise production process to ensure a perfect balance of the equipment. The process of blanket formation and feeding of the knurling rotor is made by a set of cylinders that work in synchrony to ensure better quality to the lint and to avoid "buckling". Its condenser has a 50" drum - 1270mm, coated in stainless steel plate with 3mm hole, rubber sealing around the drum cylinder for better performance of the suction system. It is the biggest in the market, to facilitate the cotton suction from the ginners and offer more uniformity to the blanket. Composed by two smooth cylinders of 6.5/8" - 168,27mm diameter, one smooth cylinder of 148mm diameter and two grooved cylinders of 148mm diameter, all of them with 115.5/8" - 2.936,8mm width, driven by gears and chains of the 7,5 hp gearmotor.

It has feeding bars with regulation, knurling cylinder of 16" - 406.4mm or 20" - 508mm diameter, with shaft 2.7/16" - 61.91mm, mounted with self-compensating bearings of high performance. The brush cylinder with 18.7/16" - 468.3mm diameter and 113.3/4" - 2890mm width, activated by "B" belts, with 40 hp motor together with the sawing cylinder. Sides of the equipment made of 3/4" plates - 19,5mm for better work stability. Front door of easy handling for maintenance with electric opening sensor, motor and gearmotor tensioning supports, transmission protection. Access doors for maintenance. Adjustable feeding bars, high precision bars for feather cleaning and four-way valve for "by pass".
