INCLINED CLEANER

The Inclined Cleaner is a fundamental equipment in the configuration of a mill acting in the opening of seed cotton and cleaning of leaves and fine particles. It can work alone or in combination with other cleaners, has larger cleaning area if compared to others in the market. It is composed of 07 or 11 cleaning pin cylinders of 16 ½" diameter, has a cleaning area up to 37% larger compared to other equipment of similar width available in the market. Even when compared to larger 144" machines with 6 14" beater rotors, the Busa 120" Inclined Cleaners guarantee a higher working capacity.

Equipped with synchronized belts that produce uniform traction in all cylinders; its grids are individually manufactured with square bars, for higher performance in debris removal and to facilitate maintenance; its sealing is carefully performed, so as to provide maximum suction utilization and minimum pollution; 2.7/16" shafts; its bearings are of high capacity; traction by "V" belts, protections in the drives, reinforced support and stretcher. The belt tensors are individual in each cleaning cylinder. It has a dirt discharge chute with inlet and outlet, vacuum valve 34" x 120" and access doors for maintenance.
