EXTRACTOR FEEDER

The Extractor Feeder is designed to perform a fine cleaning of the seed cotton and to provide a constant and uniform feeding of the gin. Its unique design, with 02 feeder rollers driven by gears and motor of 1cv - 1800rpm, 04 rollers of 14" cleaning pins driven by belts synchronized by motor of 15cv - 1800rpm installed on cleaning grids and 02 rollers of 20" - 508mm diameter and 120" - 3048mm wide channel saws with individual grids, allows a greater flow of the cotton, with maximum performance in cleaning and feeding. The uniformity of feeding is assured by electronic devices that manage the cotton flow in all process. Considered the most resistant equipment of the market, the Extractor Feeder has its sides manufactured in plate 3/8" - 9,5mm and more robust axles. Equipped with nylon cleaning brush bars, feeding spout for the ginnery with inclination regulation and manufactured in stainless steel, larger flanges for dust exit and access doors for maintenance. The peel conveyor thread of 12″ - 304.8mm with drive by gears and chains, of rear support bracket and protections for the drive of transmissions and motors.
