With productivity of 01 bale/hour weighing 150 kg approximately, this equipment is responsible for baling the fiber, favoring the logistics in its commercialization. The Fiber Press is manufactured with plates 3/4" - 19.05mm and 1/4" - 6.35mm, which guarantee the resistance of the press box. Easy installation and operation by hand lever. The pressing drive is hydraulic. Reinforced door with hydraulic locking, side visors allowing the press box monitoring, press car with wheels and linear side guides to keep the alignment and smooth slide on the press platen. Inspection door for cleaning the interconnection cone with the beater. Approximate productivity of 1 bale/hour (average size of 550x510x1100 mm and approximate weight of 150 kg). It has an oil reservoir tank and works with maximum pressure of 3000psi. Driven by motor 20cv - 1800rpm.
