The gin removes the fiber from the cotton seed, is the most modern and with higher speed of work available in the market, favoring the process and optimizing the quality of fiber. Its seed roller box, made of stainless steel and carefully designed to provide higher yield of processed cotton, with high productivity, without harming the quality of the fiber. Equipped with 200 saw blades of 12" diameter - 304,8mm and thickness of 0,045" - 1,14mm that guarantee more robustness and durability installed on a solid shaft of high resistance with diameter of 4.3/4" - 120,6mm, with bearings of self-compensating rollers of high performance, with nominal width of 116" - 2946mm; a cotton agitator roller of diameter 4.1/2" - 114,3mm with direct drive by a 15CV gear motor, a pick roller and a brush roller with 18.1/2" - 469,9mm diameter that allows an operation with lower rotation and noise level and guarantees better work precision.

Traction system composed of five "V" belts, 200 hp motor for the saw shaft and brush cylinder; manual adjustment device to control the flow in the seed box; upper and lower fixing bars for greater stability of the ribs. The retractable front equipped with sensors and automatic opening system for maintenance with pneumatic drive. Its sides are manufactured in plate of 1" - 25.4mm ensuring greater strength and stability of work. The control panel is simple to operate with automatic load control.
