Automated Side Collector - BCL Compactor
The BCL - Busa Automated Lateral Collector combines high technology with a simple and robust mechanical design, providing efficient waste collection operations.
LIFTER
A system of mechanical arms, robustly built and with high-tech sensors, ensures that the containers are handled without abrupt movements and guarantees the correct positioning of the container when it is positioned after collection.
STORAGE UNIT
Chassis and body of the storage box made of highly resistant materials, with an optional 100% stainless steel bottom. The chassis contains the slurry box, manufactured in stainless steel even in the standard version. The rear closure system is hydraulically operated with locking systems that ensure perfect sealing, enabling the collection and compacting of even very damp waste.
COMPACTION SYSTEM
The compacting system offered by BUSA, has 03 (three) functioning options, having as main parameter the volume of collected waste, that is, as this VOLUME increases, the pressing "rhythm" increases, thus avoiding waste of energy at the beginning of the collection or in containers that are "almost empty".
The operator can also observe through the HMI the status of the storage unit, that is, throughout the COLLECTION, he is informed if it is already time to unload the collector or if he can proceed with the operation.
EJECTOR COMPACTOR UNIT
System responsible for compacting the waste collected inside the storage unit built in high resistance materials to minimize wear and tear and abrasion and maximize intervals between revisions.
CONTROL AND MONITORING UNIT
The entire operation is carried out by the truck driver himself, by means of a Joystick with intuitive commands and in an automatic way, besides being 100% monitored by 06 (six) Full-HD + infrared cameras.
All images are sent to a single monitor, which is also the IHM (man-machine interface) where the operator parameterizes and manages the equipment operations. The operator also has a reverse camera, interconnected to the monitoring control, which is transmitted via IHM automatically when the "reverse gear" is engaged.
